Long-Term Public Camping Reservation

Rules for Long-Term Public Campgrounds:

  • All reservations must be made for the duration of the Fair. Earliest arrival is 8 a.m. August 10, 2011, and departing no later than 10 p.m. August 21, 2011.
  • Reservation cost is $275. Additional nights prior to the Fair may be purchased when making your camping reservation and are available beginning August 4, 2011, at a cost of $25 per night. Payment for the campground fee must accompany the request.
  • Reservations are for a space at the reserved area, not a specific spot within the area.
  • Although grouping requests are not guaranteed, they will be allowed when possible.
  • Campground fee does not include Fair admission.
  • Only one vehicle per campsite will be allowed. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
  • No overflow or discharge to the ground will be permitted from any vehicle.
  • No excessive noise is allowed. Violators will be removed from the grounds and will lose camping fees and privileges.
  • There will be no refunds for campsites.
  • Reserved long-term camping in the gold (G) and black (BL) sections of the public campgrounds.
  • There are sites with 50/30/20 amp service and a few additional sites in the gold section.
  • The black section upgraded in 2009 with the new electrical service to each site.
