Pepsi Grandstand Cancellation Policy

In the event of rain, wind, lightning, and/or any other type of public safety concerns preceding or during a grandstand concert event, the Director of the Missouri State Fair may consult with the Missouri State Fair Commission Entertainment Committee, a representative of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and a representative of the Fair's talent booking agency. The Director shall take under advisement all aspects of the weather conditions and public safety and determine if the concert should be held, postponed, or cancelled. The Fair Director is the only person authorized to cancel or postpone any grandstand event.

At the discretion of the Fair Director, one the following options may be used:

  • Any concert which fulfills at least two full songs by the headline act may be considered a completed event and no refunds shall be offered to the customer.
  • Any concert which does not reach a minimum of two full, completed songs by the headline act may be considered a cancelled event, and therefore a procedure may be initiated for a full refund of the ticket price.
  • If a support act performs but the concert is cancelled prior to the headline act performing two full songs, a partial refund may be offered by the Fair.
