COMMERCIAL VENDORS

Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Missouri State Fair, Aug 8-18. Please review the General Rules document below before completing your application. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of Fair space. If you have further questions regarding this application, please contact Mike Riley at 660-530-5604 or via email.

Note that incomplete applications will not be considered.

• All questions on the applications must be answered completely.
• Provide accurate information, as it will be the sole representation of your business for the selection process.
• Submit a photograph of your booth or concession trailer (must be included with the application to be considered).
• Please include the total footprint of your display. Concessions trailers must include hitch, if not removable, awnings extended and storage area behind trailer. Space for tent displays must include ropes and stakes as part of the total exhibit.

Applications will be reviewed in accordance with guidelines for product diversity, product presentation, product quality and previous vendor experience.

If not selected to participate in the 2013 Missouri State Fair, please apply again in 2014. Applications are not kept on file from one year to the next.

FREE VENDOR/CONCESSIONAIRE TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE
Vendors/Concessionaires:
The Missouri State Fair, together with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, offers a voluntary text-messaging service called Nixle. The service is being offered as an effort to help keep vendors/concessionaires updated about possible threats of inclement weather, and other public safety concerns, that could arise during the 2013 Fair, Aug 8-18. This service is not intended to be your primary source of weather warnings as cell phone service can be unpredictable. Messages are for informational purposes only and do not replace other warnings or directives in an emergency situation.

A specific list has been established for vendors/concessionaires. To sign up for the free vendor/concessionaire text message service (please note, your provider’s texting rates will apply), send a text from your cell phone to 888777 with the passcode MOVEND13 in the message area. Smart phone users can also scan the QR code to sign up. Depending on your QR code reader, you may have to type in the passcode or it might fill it in automatically after scanning the QR code. The list will be terminated upon the conclusion of the Missouri State Fair.
