Cut Line: Kirk Wilmsmeyer of Franklin was the first place winner of the Largest Pumpkin at the 2008 Missouri State Fair in Sedalia on Aug. 7. The pumpkin this year was 262.5 LBS. He was also the last year winner with a pumpkin weighing 594 LBS.
