Also announced is three-time GRAMMY winner Rahzel as opening act for Nelly on Friday, Aug. 18. This announcement, along with the announcement of the Aug. 15 monster truck event and Aug. 17 and Aug. 19 concerts completes the line-up for the Missouri State Fair Grandstand concert and event series.

A concert ticket presale for registered Fair fans will start at 9 am on June 20 though Etix.com. More information will be sent to Fair fans in the coming weeks.
