Missouri State Fair Concert/Event Cancellation Procedure
No on-the-spot refunds will be made. Refunds will only be made upon cancellation of the event by the Missouri State Fair Director. Refunds are processed as follows.
Etix Phone Centers and On-Line Purchases
Ticket price and service/facility charge will be automatically refunded to your credit card. No steps need to be taken for a refund.
Grandstand Ticket Office Purchases
Credit/debit card purchases thru the Ticket Office: ticket price and service/facility charge will be automatically refunded to your credit/debit card. No steps need to be taken for a refund.
Cash/Check/Money Orders: complete the refund form, attach the original ticket stub(s) to the front of the form, and return within 30 days of the canceled event. Mail completed form with original ticket stub(s), no photocopies accepted.
Any tickets purchased through the MSF Ticket Office with cash, check, or money order will be handled after the Fair ends. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and through the original method of payment:
- Credit card/debit card purchases used to purchase tickets thru the Etix phone center, online, or thru the Ticket Office will receive a credit on the account.
- Cash/check/money order purchases will receive a check by mail.
All requests for refunds must be made within 30 Days of the Cancelled Event.
