Carnival Safety
The Missouri State Fair (MSF) takes seriously the safety of the fairgoing public. MSF complies with all regulations established by Missouri Department of Public Safety and welcomes their inspectors on the carnival midway. Regulations can be found dfs.dps.mo.gov.
In addition to meeting required safety regulations, the MSF also requires that a third party, nationally certified carnival ride inspector is on the Fairgrounds throughout the entire Fair overseeing ride safety.
