Celebrate the spirit of America at the Opening Day Parade. Beginning at 6 pm on State Fair Boulevard, this year’s parade will honor America’s 250th Anniversary with a showcase of comminity pride, agriculture, music, floats and spirit. Wther you join the parade route as a participant or gather with family and friends to watch the festivities, the Opening Day Parade is a fun and memorable way to kick off the Fair and celebrate the red, white and blue together.
