Donate Your Pig to Hogs for Hunger
Through Hogs For Hunger, up to 50 4-H and FFA barrows will be accepted at the Missouri State Fair. Missouri Farmers Care will pay Missouri 4-H and FFA exhibitors $200 per head committed to the Hogs for Hunger campaign. Exhibitors must indicate their willingness to participate at www.MOFarmersCare.com/drive by August 1. Payment will be issued within two weeks.
Pigs will be loaded following the open show on Saturday, August 9, processed at Kempf’s Custom Butchering, and donated to Feeding Missouri, a coalition of Missouri food banks working to provide hunger relief in every county.
