According to Missouri State Statute, there will be a 2% plus $0.25 convenience fee charged for each credit/debit card transaction.

Online Registration

Entries for Missouri State Fair competitions/contests are now being accepted. See individual competition/contest rules for entry instructions. Most competitions/contests can be entered via online registration, or by downloading the entry blank and submitting via mail, in person, by email to entries@mda.mo.gov, or by fax to 660-827-8169. In accordance with Missouri State statute, a convenience fee will be assessed to the customer for all credit card payments.

Livestock registration ends July 13, 2026, at 5 pm.

Vendor Payment Registration

**Vendor payment registration with the State of Missouri is required for individuals to be able to receive prize money from the Missouri State Fair. Please register online or submit the Vendor Input Form.

All checks will be mailed to premium winners if registration in the MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS payment system.

Name on registration and vendor input form must match the name on the entry blank. Entries & payment registration cannot be submitted under nicknames, non-legal farm names, middle names, etc. If entries do not correspond with the name on the payment registration, delay of premium payments will occur.

Per Missouri State Fair Premium Guide general rules and regulations, premiums not claimed prior to December 31, 2026, will be forfeited. Premiums must be claimed by completing online payment registration or submitting a vendor input form each year.

**Vendor = a vendor is any person who shows at the Missouri State Fair & wins prize money.
